Pure Desi Gir Cow Ghee made from A2 milk from Gir cows which are free grazed on an Ecocert certified organic farm. After the calf has had her/his due, the milk is removed by hand then boiled over fire wood before it is inoculated with curd to make whole curds. The curd is then churned to get butter which is melted on fire wood in a 60 year old brass container to give you pure desi cow ghee. This is said to be the only ghee that melts below human body temperature, contains no harmful cholesterol, is one of the best known medicines, as per Ayurveda and known to cure many chronic diseases and improve immunity and strength. As a moisturiser, it relieves dry lips and cracked heels in winter, and can also be used for massages. Dropping 2 drops in the nose is useful for curing ailments such as migraine, hair fall and headaches. This ghee is completely free of additives, preservatives and colours.
