Why We Like It
While readily available, most store-bought products are loaded with added flavour and preservatives. Unlike the conventional products available in the market, the fruits in this jam are naturally grown, and are, wherever possible sourced directly from micro-farmers. We also love that Umang is run by a woman-only unit where women from the local Himalayan community are employed and trained in order to build their capacity and better their chances of employability.
