Storage and Handling Instructions: Once the pack is opened transfer the powder into a dry jar, keep the jar closed after use and refrigerate it. Always use a dry spoon. Masalas and powders remain fresh in air tight containers.
Ingredients: Urad dhal, rice, channa dhal, roasted gram, red chili, salt, curry leaves.
How to use: Mix this podi with ghee or sesame oil for best taste. It can be served along with idlis/dosas.
Shelf life: 3 months from the date of manufacturing.
