Method of Preparation

1. Take Bhatura Atta in a mixing bowl and add buttermilk. To make a dough for bhatura, add some oil while kneading, and rest the dough for 3045 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a kadhai.
3. Cut dough in small pedas and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil. Deep fry bhaturas and serve hot.
